Sahur's Riddle: Who Knocks?
About Sahur's Riddle: Who Knocks?
OMG dude I just finished that game, Sahur's Riddle: Who Knocks? Remember I told you someone said it was like, a "meme-fueled quiz game" that's all about "nonsense logic and brainrot"?
Honestly, that description is so wrong it's hilarious. It's like describing pizza as "bread with toppings." Technically true, but completely misses the point. It's so much more than that!
I started playing it around 8, thinking I'd just mess around for a bit. And yeah, it's got the glitched fonts and weird visuals, and no sound, which I thought would be annoying. But then it just *got me*. Like, the first "riddle" was about a cat named Chairman Meow and a broken toaster, and I swear I spent like 20 minutes just staring at the screen, clicking everything. It wasn't about knowing a meme, it was about figuring out the game's own super weird internal logic.
There was this one part where the text started to slowly melt down the screen, and I had to like, quickly pick an option before it all became unreadable. I totally panicked but it was so clever. And then later, there was this door that kept asking "Who Knocks?" and the answer was never what you thought. It was always some totally absurd thing, like "the spirit of a forgotten sock" or "your impending doom." I actually laughed out loud at 1 AM.
I don't usually like games that are just text, but this one uses the visuals so well. It's like, not just a quiz, it's a whole experience. It makes your brain work in a way that's really fun, like you're trying to solve a really bizarre, interactive art piece. I looked at the clock and it was already 11:30! My eyes are tired but I'm still thinking about it.
It's not just random nonsense, there's a real thread of cleverness running through it. It's like those old point-and-click adventure games where you had to try everything, but on a fever dream and way more funny. You should totally play it. I already told Sarah she has to check it out. It's weird, but in the best possible way.
