OMG dude you HAVE to get this game, Smile Clinic Tycoon. I'm still awake at 11 PM thinking about it, I can't even sleep.

I spent like three hours just trying to figure out the best layout for my 'Hygiene Hub' and where to put the fancy 'Brace Bling' station so it got enough natural light.
